Pricing
Fees are based on completeness and organization of information submitted, forms used, expertise required, and time to complete the work.
Extensions
Extensions are for time to file, not time to pay. Unpaid taxes begin to accrue interest and penalties from the original due date.
Corporate calendar year taxes are due March 15, regardless of when the tax return is filed. Extension of time to file calendar year corporate tax returns expire September 15 of the tax year.
Individual, trust, estate, and partnership taxes are due April 15, regardless of when the tax return is filed. Extensions of time to file individual, trust, estate, and or partnership returns expire October 15 of the tax year.
Fiscal year filers must file within 3 months after the end of the “fiscal tax year”, and fiscal extensions expire 6 months after the return original due date.
Expats are given an automatic filing extension until June 15 of each year.
